If a sound and constructive organization that cares for people with mental and developmental disabilities is to be successful, it must attract and engage experts who are willing and able to serve others by giving and using their knowledge, experience and talents in meaningful and productive ways to advance the goals and objectives of that organization.

Open Hearts is fortunate to have a Board of Advisors comprised of individuals who are professionals in their perspective fields of expertise; that are devoted to caring for all people with disabilities, and who help make the organization's mission a reality of daily life. Together, all board members work diligently, in a spirit of continuous quality improvement to build the social capital of the organization and of the individuals that are served and employed.

Please take a moment to meet these extraordinary people who not only provide strategic guidance to Open Hearts organization and staff, but who also monitors the progression of the quality of life services rendered to every resident and their families.
